Slimming sessions are recommended twice weekly minimum (unless you are in our maintenance course). All courses expire after 3 months if not used. Please call 1 day in advance to cancel an appointment for whatever reason. No shows will be deducted off of the course. Please be advised that it is recommended
that you drink 2-3L of water a day to achieve maximum results and stick to the healthy eating plan provided. Regular exercise is recommended to maintain
